ProClean Access works with Northern Seal & Joint, a specialist building envelope contractor based in Shipley and working across West and North Yorkshire. Where a job needs both safe access at height and a specialist repair, the two firms work on it together: ProClean provides the platform and operator, and Northern Seal & Joint diagnoses and fixes the problem.
Northern Seal & Joint finds the cause of leaks, damp, draughts and masonry decay first, then carries out repointing, sealant replacement and masonry repair. Where the cause is unclear, it recommends an inspection rather than guessing. ProClean Access, run by Kris Newbould from Guiseley since 1997, is IPAF certified and gets close to high windows, gables, chimneys and rooflines without scaffolding.

Northern Seal & Joint
Diagnosis-first building envelope repairs: leak and water ingress inspection, cement and lime mortar repointing, internal and external sealant replacement, window and door gaskets, masonry repair, patio pointing and breathable water repellent treatment.
