ProClean Access has been providing specialist access and exterior cleaning services across Yorkshire and Lancashire since 1997. Based in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, we are well placed for work across Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Ilkley, Skipton and the wider region - and regularly travel into Lancashire and Manchester for larger jobs.
All work is carried out personally by Kris Newbould - by hand, at close range, from our own access platforms. We own our own fleet of IPAF-certified machines, from compact tracked spider lifts that can pass through gateways from 78cm wide, up to platforms reaching 25 metres. There are no subcontractors.
Every job is checked, water tested where applicable and photographed at every stage - giving you full documentary evidence of the work carried out. This approach satisfies property insurer requirements and gives managing agents, housing associations and commercial clients a proper maintenance record.
We work with Northern Seal & Joint, a building envelope contractor based in Shipley that finds the cause of leaks and masonry decay and carries out repointing, sealant replacement and masonry repair. Between us, one call can cover both the access and the specialist repair.
